Conditions

Check in on saturday up to 5.00 pm, check out on saturday before 10.00 am.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be sent to confirm the reservation within 1 week.
The rest must be settled at arrival.
In case of earlier departure, there will be no refund.
Caution at arrival € 100,00, that will be refund at departure after check of the apartment.

Cancellation policy:
30 days befor arrival the deposit will be returned, 15 days before 50% deposit will be returned,
15 days befor the deposit will be retained.

Children are calculated in the maximum number of persons allowed in each apartment.
Small size pets are welcome only in the first floor, apartments type A4, B6, B8 (extra charge for cleaning € 10,00/day or € 50,00/week included dog’s bed and 2 bowls).

For any further information reception is open every day form 9.00 am to 12.30 am
and from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. (Sundays 9.00 am to 12.00 am)
